Sad Times digital collectibles (including NFTs, ERC-1155 tokens, and any future token formats) are digital items. They are not investments, securities, or financial instruments. We make no guarantees regarding their future value, utility, or transferability.
Ownership of a digital collectible grants you personal, non-commercial display rights to the associated artwork. It does not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property, brand, or trademarks.
We may offer rewards, discounts, access, or other perks to holders. These are provided at our discretion and may change or end at any time without notice. Rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable for currency unless explicitly stated.
The Barn is a holder-only section of the site. Access requires a connected wallet with eligible collectibles. We may modify or discontinue The Barn at any time.
